Job Location: Anywhere in H.K. 

Job Duties:

• Responsible for managing the restaurant business, ensure the smoothness of restaurant daily operation, maintain high standard of customer services & food quality, take charge of people development & training to achieve company goals

Working Hours:      

• 8:00AM-11:30PM, 6 working days per week, on shift, shift rest day, 8.5 working hours per day

Requirements:

• Form 5, with at least 5 years related experience
• Energetic, self-motivated, have passion to work in catering industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  (Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Shop Manager )
