Human Resources Business Partner

Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR advice's to business with concerns of our business directions, HR strategies and organizational culture
  • Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning, talent development and retention plan
  • Manage performance management activities to coach line managers for providing adequate performance feedback to employees
  • Responsible for formulating and executing employee communication / relations strategy and activities
  • Work closely with C&B team to ensure the company is achieving market best practice
  • Work closely with talent acquisition team to align business demand of talent and manpower budget plan
  • Take up a crucial role in change management on both HR and organizational initiatives

Education/Qualification/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in human resources management or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years solid experience in Human Resources functions in sizable company

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

  • Well-versed in Labour Ordinance and other HR related ordinance
  • Experience in HRIS or payroll system will be an advantage
  • Detail-minded, well-organised with strong numerical sense and high accuracy
  • Good team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
