Assistant Administration Manager

Responsibilities:

The incumbent will be responsible for administration duties in Supply Chain Management Department, to implement and review department’s policies and procedures, ensure all department’s activities are complied with policies and procedures, prepare costing and other analytical reports for cost calculation, comparison, control and other purposes, handle ad hoc projects as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Purchasing, Logistics, Business Administration Management, Catering or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years’ Supply Chain or Procurement experience, in which 1 year at managerial level, preferably in Food & Beverage or Retail industry
  • Hands-on experience in SAP system is preferred
  • Strong problem solving, analytical, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, independent and able to work under tight deadlines
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Proficient in PC application such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
