IT Operation and Security Analyst

Responsibility:

  • Perform system and server administration on Windows, virtualization and private/public cloud infrastructure
  • Coordinate with IT vendors and internal users to ensure successful execution of services and projects
  • Perform troubleshooting of Microsoft Windows Server, Hyper-V, Azure Active Directory, SQL, O365, MS Teams, SharePoint, DHCP/DNS, File system, Antivirus software and Server Hardware
  • Work closely with IT Infrastructure, application development or project management professional internally and externally
  • Integrating security tools, standards and processes into the Software Development Life Cycle
  • Improve and maintain standard & guidelines in various phases during Software Development Life Cycle, including user requirement review, architecture & design review, and secure development standard
  • Review and endorse documentation produced during Software Development Life Cycle, such as functional and design specification, test plan, operation manual
  • Provide technical support related to system, network and security infrastructure on operation, project and budget management status
  • Provide 2nd Tier Support & Troubleshooting

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above in Computer Engineering or other related disciplines
  • 4 years IT Infrastructure working experience in Food & Beverage or Retail industry
  • Experiences in design and implementation of VMware Virtual Infrastructure (vCenter, vSphere, vSAN, NSX); backup and disaster recovery solutions; Microsoft Windows Server; Linux Server is a MUST
  • Basic server-side scripting (Windows Power Shell / Linux Shell / Perl / Python)
  • Hands-on experience in backup and disaster recovery solutions (Veeam) is an advantage
  • Knowledge of PAM, PIM, NAC and network security virtualization other than VMware is an advantage (e.g. VDI solution)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and able to solve complicated networking problems systematically
  • Good project management skills and proven strong organization & documentation skill sets
  • Demonstrate good knowledge in network and server infrastructure (e.g. Cisco switch, firewall appliance, VPN, NAT, DNS, O365 and MS Hyper-V management). Holder of MCITP, CCNA, and CCNP will be an advantage.
  • Good team player with excellent communication skills to serve internal and external customers
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Occasionally work onsite for colocation facilities and standby support on incident is required
