Regional Senior HR Officer - C&B

Responsibility:

Assist in annual exercise including but not limited to annual salary review & bonus payout, short-term-incentive & long-term-incentive program, salary benchmarking and benefit renewal

Prepare compensation package proposals for internal mobility and new hires

Participate in development, review and implementation of incentive related programs

Review and evaluate existing C&B policies and procedures to ensure compliance with statutory requirements

Provide trusted and practical advice to the business and HR teams

Prepare reports for management review

Participate in any ad-hoc C&B projects as assigned

 

Requirement:

Degree holder in Human Resources Management or Business related disciplines

At least 5 years' relevant experience preferably in F&B / Retail industry

Strong analytical skills and numerical sense

Responsible, well-organized and detail-minded

Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS implementation, previous experience in IPL / Workday is a plus

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
