Assistant Human Resources Officer – Recruitment

Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible for supporting full cycle recruitment process, explore different recruitment channels and identify the hiring strategies. He/She will coordinate recruitment activities with external organizations & education institutions, prepare employment contracts and analytics reports, and assist in ad hoc projects as required.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management or related disciplines
- At least 1 year's relevant experience in sizable companies and fast-paced business environment
- Experience in various recruitment events such as job fair, campus hiring, bulk recruitment is preferred
- Self-motivated, detail-minded, independent with good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in PC applications, English and Chinese Word Processing
