Senior Human Resources Manager - Recruitment

  • The incumbent will be responsible for end to end recruitment process that include developing sourcing strategies, implementing recruitment and selection initiatives with focus on external hiring, identifying the hiring needs of user departments and providing appropriate recruitment recommendation and support.
  • Prepare analysis reports on market trend, maintain the recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
  • The incumbent will assist to drive business transformation projects and digitalization projects


  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
  • At least 10 years' relevant experience in sizeable companies and fast-paced business environment, preferably in retail / catering industry
  • Experience in various recruitment events such as job fair, campus hiring, recruitment talk, etc., is preferable
  • Well-versed in Labour Ordinance and other HR related ordinance
  • Experience in HRIS or payroll system will be an advantage
  • Good team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Analytic and goal-oriented skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
