Assistant Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Supervising a team in payroll administration for our Hong Kong and Macau business
  • Maintaining high accuracy of payroll data
  • Ensuring salary and related payment in compliance with local law and in timely manner
  • Compiling payroll reports
  • Assist in employee relations functions as well as ad hoc projects that assigned by superior

 

Education/Qualification/Experience:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, Accounting or related discipline
  • At least 6 years’ relevant experiences with 2 year at supervisory level, preferably in Food & Beverage or Retail industry from sizable companies

 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

  • Detail-minded with good numeric sense and high level of data accuracy; able to work independently and under pressure
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with IPL or other HRIS is a must
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in PC applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
