Assistant Human Resources Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Perform C&B duties, including but not limited to roster, attendance and leave administration, payroll and final salary payment
  • Handling income tax matter as well as administrating pension scheme for Hong Kong and Macau employees
  • Handle and follow up work injury cases and employee relations cases
  • Handle any other ad hoc projects as assigned

 

Education/Qualification/Experience:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • At least 2 years relevant experience in Human Resources payroll and C&B administration
  • Candidate with C&B experience in food and beverage retail industry is an added advantage

 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

  • Well versed in Employment Ordinance and MPF regulations is a must
  • Strong numeric sense, attentive to details and self-motivated
  • Be a good team player and able to work under pressure and tight timeline
  • Hands on experience in HRIS administration will be an advantage
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Well proficient in PC applications especially in MS Excel
  • Immediate available candidate is highly preferred
