Senior eCommerce Manager

The primary purpose of this position is to own online customer journeys and performance of the digital channel. The Senior eCommerce Manager manages the key digital touch points and delivers a consistent customer experience. Help to drive the overall e-commerce strategy and partnerships.

 

Principle Responsibilities

Sales:

  • Accountable for Monthly and Yearly online targets
  • Accountable for healthy balance between own and FA channels
  • Propose actions based on the actual vs. targets
  • Responsible of partnership (payment, pure player)

Traffic:

  • Ensure relevant and optimized landing pages for media campaign
  • Convert web traffic to app
  • SEO (Free) : optimized for search engines
  • SEM (Paid) : ensure reactive 100% SOV for Brand keywords and optimize SEM budget.
  • GMB : 100% accurate – updates

Analytics

  • Ensure accurate tracking of the platform
  • Ensure the right tools are in place to support digital media activities.
  • Build dashboard and reporting for digital
  • Monitor drop-offs and provide recommendations

UX/UI:

  • Accountable for the roadmap from AGP to year end execution
  • Ensure compliance with FCDS Standard
  • Align to the latest Brand Identity
  • Optimize the banners design/products images for own channels and aggregators
  • Optimize customer journeys per campaign
  • Propose and run A/B testing

Operations

  • Hut Management (YUM)
  • Menu
  • Review of GES comment of online orders
  • Review of app store comments
  • Launch of new features
  • QA

 

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required from ecommerce/ business/marketing related
  • A minimum of 8 years relevant experience, with at least 2 years of people management experience. Experience in co-work with marketing, tech teams and digital Agency
  • Expertise in the Ecommerce/Digital/platform management with the below experience:
    • digital campaign planning/implementation (context/content driven)
    • developing/managing paid/earned/owned channel strategy/implementation plan
    • performance marketing (inc. SEO) with conversion rate improvement to drive ROAS
    • managing/optimizing web ordering platform to improve CV%
    • developing new digital touch points to drive sales.
  • Experience managing a budget, Google Analytics and relevant marketing technologies
  • Demonstrated the ability of Sales-driven, Data-driven.

  • Capable of managing and maintaining good relationships both internally and externally

  • Self-motivated with the energy and ability to take initiative on relevant issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as formal presentation capabilities
  • Willing to develop people within the team
  • Strong English verbal and written skills
