Assistant Manager - HRBP

  • Act as a Business Partner to a designated business unit, provide professional HR advice and offer quick solutions to employee-related matters 
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to align on HR strategic plans including organisation structure, manpower resources and headcount allocation, HR costing and budgeting to cope with the business growth
  • Partner with Center of Excellence in defining clear strategies on Talent Acquisition, Talent Attraction and Retention, Remunerations/Compensation and Benefits, Employee Engagement & Relations to ensure business needs are met
  • Provide guidance, act as an HR Advisor to business heads, and provide coaching where applicable
  • Be the company ambassador to strengthen corporate culture and values and represent the company in employer branding
  • Promote and enable an inspiring and supportive work culture and practices that enhance cross-team collaboration and synergy
  • Assist in preparing various analysis and reports for management review and participate in any HR projects as required
  • Maintain close communication with the management / line managers about background, purpose, and suggestion of the HR projects


  • Degree in HRM or HR-related certified professional qualifications
  • An experienced HR practitioner, at least 5 years & above HR experience on HRBP function, preferably
  • Good knowledge of local employment law, C&B including rewards & incentive schemes, staff retention, manpower and succession planning, talent management & internal mobility planning, drafting HR Policy & Procedures and staff memo, organizing staff forums and conducts staff briefing
  • Experienced in F&B/Retail industry HRM practices, customer-oriented, deliver with impact, data-driven, skilled in data analytics and leveraging on data to present a business case, key stakeholders management, team collaborations and work independently under minimal supervision
  • Tech savvy, strong in MS Excel and PowerPoint skills, familiar with MS Teams Meeting/Chat
  • Logical thinking, creative, strong resilience, build trust and show respect, consultative, be agile and flexible in a fast-paced working environment
