Group Rewards Manager

  • Partner with Group HRD and territory HR Heads to formulate and review total rewards strategies based on company Rewards philosophy, analytics and market intelligence
  • Design, develop and empower territory dotted line teams to drive full range of rewards campaigns and exercises such as long-term, short term incentive schemes, benefits program, job grading evaluation, annual salary review, C&B harmonization / enhancement, expatriate services, etc.
  • Work closely with territory HR teams and business teams to conduct performance management campaign and seek opportunities to improve and enhance the campaign via introducing the latest technology, concept, framework and tools.
  • Formulate C&B analysis and HR analytics including workforce planning, cost effectiveness review, compensation analysis, benefits practices etc.
  • Monitor market trend on compensation & benefits best practices, conduct benchmarking analysis via market survey to make recommendation as appropriate for market competitiveness
  • Play a critical leadership role in creating the future and building the best team as a Group HR Leadership Team member and COE Rewards Chapter Leader
  • Coach and develop identified territory C&B talents and strengthen the talent bench in Rewards domain
  • Prepare HR regular reports for management review



  • Bachelor's degree or above, any discipline
  • Minimum 10 years of hands on experience in the area of total rewards management preferably with a mixture of inhouse and consulting experience
  • Strong knowledge and application in driving transformation and change from C&B perspective
  • Track of record of success in the design, development and implementation of effective total rewards initiatives in accordance to business objectives and HR strategies
  • Good understanding of local and regional employment ordinance, taxation and rewards practices
  • Confident, growth / collaboration mindset and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills with effective and efficient use of various tools
  • Fluent English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
