Human Resources Officer

  • Support full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to C&B focus on monthly payroll calculation, tax filing, retirement fund administration and leave administration
  • Handle routine maintenance on employee database and ensure all personal records are up-to-date and accurate
  • Ensure salary and related payment in compliance with local law and in timely manner
  • Assist in the formulation and implementation of HR policies, procedures and tools in accordance with Company’s rules & regulations
  • Compile regular HR related statistics and reports for Management’s review
  • Perform other ad hoc assignments or projects when assigned



  • Bachelor’s Degree in human resources management or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years solid experience in Human Resources functions in sizable company
  • Candidate with C&B experience in food and beverage retail industry is an added advantage


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

  • Well-versed in Labour Ordinance and other HR related ordinance
  • Solid knowledge in Macau law and regulations is preferable
  • Detail-minded, well-organised with strong numerical sense and high accuracy
  • Good team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience of using IPL system
  • Immediately available candidates are highly preferred
