Human Resources Officer

Responsibilities:
- Support full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to C&B focus on monthly payroll calculation, tax filing, retirement fund administration and leave administration
- Handle routine maintenance on employee database and ensure all personal records are up-to-date and accurate
- Ensure salary and related payment in compliance with local law and in timely manner
- Assist in the formulation and implementation of HR policies, procedures and tools in accordance with Company’s rules & regulations
- Compile regular HR related statistics and reports for Management’s review
- Perform other ad hoc assignments or projects when assigned
Education/Qualification/Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in human resources management or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years solid experience in Human Resources functions in sizable company
- Candidate with C&B experience in food and beverage retail industry is an added advantage
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
- Well-versed in Labour Ordinance and other HR related ordinance
- Solid knowledge in Macau law and regulations is preferable
- Detail-minded, well-organised with strong numerical sense and high accuracy
- Good team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience of using IPL system
- Immediately available candidates are highly preferred
