Senior Marketing Officer (CRM)

What you’ll do:

  • Assist CRM Manager on planning and executing marketing & loyalty program and other marketing initiatives planned to achieve company objectives
  • Plan and implement CRM campaign for driving the growth of member acquisition, retention and reactivation as customer lifetime cycle
  • Explore potential marketing opportunities for joint promotion/ collaboration
  • Support in implementing marketing plan and CRM related programs includes members activities and events
  • Work closely with internal cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy of all deliverables within designated timeline
  • Review and evaluate performance of marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

 

What you’ll bring:

  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • 5 years’ CRM / Marketing experience in Retail, F&B, FMCG business is highly preferred
  • Passionate in F&B, self-motivated and high attention to details
  • Data-driven, strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Good communication, interpersonal and organization skills
  • Proficient in PC applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
